REACH
REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals) is without doubt the most advanced reference EU security regulation for the production of chemical substances. Ever since it was published, Valbruna endeavored to ensure compliance by its staff and suppliers. Although most of Valbruna’s products are classified according to REACH as “articles which do not intentionally release chemical substances”, we have provided a declaration that is available to all those who ask for it (clients, suppliers, stakeholders, ...) which specifies the necessary requirements and current and possible future obligations to be communicated along the commercial and supply chains. The declaration is revised periodically according to the development of the regulations.
MSDS (MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET)
Regulations CE 1935/2004 e 2023/2006
In most cases, Valbruna’s steel products are classified, according to REACH, as “articles which do not intentionally release chemical substances”, and therefore do not have to be accompanied by a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Nevertheless we have provided, upon request of our clients and exclusively for the products concerned, a MSDS that conforms to the applicable regulation. For further information do not hesitate to contact our offices.
CONTROLLO RADIOATTIVITÀ MATERIE PRIME E PRODOTTO FINITO
Raw materials (steel scraps & ferro-alloys) and finished products are checked in our facilities in order to detect any possible radioactive contamination. These checks are carried out automatically as vehicles enter and exit the facility. The alert level is such as to guarantee the safety of employees and final users. Most of our raw materials (steel scraps) are sourced from Italy.
